Remnants of a Copper Mine
A painting by Susi Havens-Bezaire completed on April 9, 2016
There are 6 people that live in the mining town of Tilt Cove. The abandoned mine, right at the shoreline, has littered the coast with some of the most amazing colored rocks I've ever seen! One of the most brilliant were the large rocks of purples, reds and oranges called peacock copper. Too amazing not to paint!
