Heading to Gates Pass, Road Trip #12

I got an early start to attempt another sunrise painting at the top of Gates Pass. Unfortunately, it was too windy to keep my easel upright, so I marked the spot for a calmer day, and headed back down to the base of mountain. There I found a big Palo Verde that gave great shelter!
