Morning Fog at Mendenhall Glacier
A painting by Susi Havens-Bezaire completed on June 10, 2013
Cristine Crooks, one of the Plein Rein Painters, joined me early this morning at Skaters Cabin, across the way from Mendenhall Glacier. When we arrived, there was a beautiful layer of fog on the lake and a haziness in the mountains as the sun light up just the tips of the mountains and glacier. Cristine declared, "It was a perfect summer day at the glacier!" I agreed.
